We are currently refinishing every door in our house.
This door is from the hallway to master bedroom.
The sanding off of the paint wasn't so bad on the
outer boards (the stile and the rails) However the
inner wood (panels) were nearly impossible to sand
off about seven layers of paint. So I cut out some
luan plywood for new painted center panels.
I then cut out some trim and stained it with
expresso for a vintage modern Echo and Ben finish.
